Don’t panic, learn to keep pushing through your fears and they will eventually subside.

3. Supplements – Certain supplements can provide relief for anxiety and tension, but they do not always work well for everyone. Omega 3 fatty acids can help regulate anxiety, but they do take a few months to actually kick in. Other things like 5 HTP, Sam-E, and St. Johns Wart have been found to have slight effects towards reducing anxiety (see: Herbs for Anxiety).

4. Adequate exercise – If you want anxiety stress relief quick, then getting good enough exercise each day is essential. Sure it takes 1 hour to get a good workout, but everyone has an hour that they can work with for their own personal health. If you don’t have an hour, get rid of some meaningless task in your day; and don’t make any excuses.

5. Healthy diets – Eating candies, sweet treats, and drinking sodas and beers taste good, but they are terrible to be having if you are overweight, have anxiety, and/or depression. Reconstruct your diet to include only healthy foods and see how much better you feel. If you can get rid of all the junk and fuel your brain with healthy foods, they will change the way that your brain works and make it less susceptible to stress. It will be easy to find anxiety relief if you are eating the right foods.
